We woke up early to finish getting ready for the trip from Paris to Lausanne. Before leaving, we ate a few pancakes with some strawberry jam. A great meal!
After that we took the Paris metro for one last time and headed to the Gare de Lyon. We waited for a bit in the station, but we didn't have to wait too long.
Our first train was from Paris to Geneva. It took about two hours and a half which was not too bad. When we got off at Geneva we had about 15 minutes to get on the train from Geneva to Lausanne. Thankfully, it wasn't too hard to find it.
We got off at Lausanne and met with our cousin. From there we visited the city a bit. First we went to the Cathedral to go up the tower to get a good view of the city.
Didn't something like this happen just yesterday? Just our luck I guess. Well we visited the cathedral and the city a bit more.
After that we met up with our cousin again at a nearby Starbucks and then we took the train from Lausanne to Fribourg to go to her apartment.
